A lifelong animal lover, Debra shares her home with a playful dog and a curious cat, both of whom keep her grounded and bring daily joy. When she’s not guiding others on their path to better sleep, you can find her enjoying quiet moments with her beloved pets or spending quality time with her family. For the past four years, Debra has also taken on the role of caregiver to her elderly parents, a responsibility she cherishes deeply.
